A Very Belated Affair/Week Something or another/Issue 5

It's a very belated affair

It may have been a moon or two ago that the last issue of the pepper rolled out. And if it was up to a certain SpiderWebby, we'd all be fired now.

Well, good news for us, we make our own rules here at The Pepper. And in this case, it means belated Pepper is better than No Pepper, right?  The bad news is that this issue was delayed due to real-life tragedies and stresses. Please be patient with us as we recover...and maybe send us chocolate. It never hurts.

But let's not dwell on the past. What you really want is your LRVT latest scandals and gossip, right? So dive on in!

Merlot Baby Name Feud Continues

From naming rights to nicknames to baby's first words, the Tea Roll vs Chat feud has been running strong. The most recent squabbles have involved what the little prince's first words will be. It is our unbiased opinion that in this matter, Tea Roll may have the upper hand. As it is, SpringJoy's offspring already know her by name and would recognize her in a lineup. (Not that she'd have any reason to be in one or anything...)Perhaps it is time for Chat to up his game should he have hopes of winning this ongoing feud.

As always, you will find the latest Baby Merlot news first here in the Pepper!

Who is SpringRoll???

We protest.  With increasing frequency, at least one LRVT member has insisted on trying to talk to an unknown entity that they call "SpringRoll". While the family rosters do not include anyone that goes by that name, we at the pepper have a few suspicions when it comes to this newly coined name.

However, our most compelling theory remains solid: these people are taking royal privilege too far. The fair Empress is generous and kind and her subjects do what the heck they want to in spite of her attempts at law and order, but to appear to be taking the liberty of eliminating the very unique and important identities of two of LRVT's royal family members, SpringJOY and TEA_roll seems like a move of confusion. We, therefore, blame Tea entirely for this mashup. And demand compensation of the loss of the separate identities of these two individuals. A weekly delivery of freshly crafted spring rolls will do.

Pirately Portraits

In the event that you missed it...or completely forgot in the lapse of time between last issue and this one, LRVT was completely swimming with Maurading masquerades of pirately perfection. Our trusty photographer, TerrenaAnimula, snapped portraits for us all to ogle. Now, who do you think left the Freylese with the biggest loot? Our bets are all on Witchy. See if you can guess why.

There be spies among us

Some have been saying it for a while, but we recently got confirmation that Tea is not the only ninja and that one of our members possess particularly potent spy skills.

While Springjoy was carrying on private conversations with several members of her family, she noticed the telltale sign of a spy reading along. Who is this spy?

Well, The Pepper's lips are sealed. For now.  Feel free to submit your guesses on the forum!

IS IT MOROSTIDE YET???

The answer is no. Not last week. Not yesterday and absolutely not today. Why? Well because Subeta said so. And apparently, because their favorite thing is to troll everyone with news that isn't actually news.

Well, who needs subeta to start being morostide-y anyway? Not this member! It's rumored she has more than one skeleton in the closet and ever so many spiders. Note: TerrenaAnimula will not be visiting her anytime soon as a result.

She even takes skeletons shopping with her. They demanded fabric for new costumes.

When do YOU think morostide will start? We're casting our lot for next weekend. Get ready for egging...er, pumpkin patch treasures!
